President To Lam received former Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide, special envoy of Prime Minister Kishida Fumio of Japan, in Hanoi on July 25. The Japanese official is in Vietnam to attend the state funeral of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong.
