Notable attendees also included Pol. Lt. Gen. Khamronwit Toopkrachang, President of the Pathum Thani Provincial Administrative Organization, and Ms. Somsong Pancharoenworakul, President of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Administrative Organization.
