BANGKOK: Prime Minister Paethongtarn Shinawatra has confidently announced the results of her government’s first 90 days in office, detailing a series of initiatives aimed at shaping Thailand’s future, including plans to bolster education and infrastructure, and a commitment to tangible policy outcomes by 2025.
According to Thai News Agency, the Prime Minister addressed the nation under the banner “2568 Thai Opportunity, Can Really Be Done,” emphasizing her administration’s determination to turn policy into action. The event, attended by Cabinet members, heads of government agencies, and provincial governors, highlighted several key initiatives, including a push for Thai students to study abroad, the implementation of a 20-baht electric train fare, and the launch of the “House for Thai People” project, which offers long-term housing installments.
The Prime Minister noted that the initial 90 days have been a critical period for adjustment and strategizing. She stressed the importance of unity within the gover
