Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh Meets Lao Counterpart in China.


Beijing: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had a brief meeting with Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone on November 6 within the framework of his attendance at the eighth Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Summit and working trip to China.
