Bangkok: Dr. Prommin Lertsuridej, Secretary-General to the Prime Minister, revealed that the Prime Minister has submitted a request to the Constitutional Court seeking a 15-day extension to provide necessary clarifications due to incomplete document preparation.

According to Thai News Agency, Dr. Prommin discussed this development during an interview, explaining that the request for an extension has already been sent to the Constitutional Court. The decision now rests with the court on whether to grant the additional time.

When questioned about the reasons provided to the Constitutional Court for the extension, Dr. Prommin emphasized that the request is a procedural right, stating that the necessary explanations have yet to be completed.
