Wat Thepsirin, Privy Councilors join the chanting ceremony for Mrs. Chodchoi Taveesin, the Prime Minister’s mother, while the Cabinet joins in mourning.
The second day of the funeral rites for Mrs. Chodchoi Thavisin, mother of Prime Minister Settha Thavisin, took place at Sala Kawi Nimit, Wat Thepsirin, Pom Prap Sattru Phai District, Bangkok.
The reporter reported that Mr. Amphon Kittiamphon, Privy Councilor, presided over the lighting of incense sticks and candles to worship the Triple Gem, the chanting of Abhidhamma for Nang Chotchoi.
Family members and cabinet members came to mourn, including Mr. Phumtham Vejjayachai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and ML Chayothit Kridakorn, Advisor to the Prime Minister and Chairman of the Thai Trade Representative.
