Bangkok: PTT has successfully promoted organic farming and energy innovation in the Mae On District of Chiang Mai, fostering strong communities and enhancing the well-being of local villagers.

According to Thai News Agency, the villagers of Mae On District, who once relied on chemical-based farming methods, have transitioned to organic farming with the support of PTT’s renewable energy innovations. These innovations have significantly reduced production costs and bolstered organic farming mechanisms to meet stringent quality standards, allowing the products to be sold in health markets. Additionally, by processing their products to increase value, the community has seen a marked increase in income, leading to greater happiness and prosperity among its members.
