Kuala lumpur: PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) has achieved significant recognition by winning two coveted ASEAN corporate governance awards. The accolades were presented at the 2025 ASEAN Corporate Governance Conference and Awards, which took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

According to Thai News Agency, PTTEP was awarded for its exemplary corporate governance practices, earning a place among the Top 50 ASEAN Public Listed Companies (PLCs) and the Top 5 PLCs from Thailand. The awards were accepted by Ms. Chalida Srikornkul, Senior Manager of the Corporate Governance and Subsidiary Management Department at PTTEP. The awards were presented by Atty. Francisco Edralin Lim, Chair of the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) Working Group on Corporate Governance, along with Dr. Ismet Yusoff, CEO of the Minority Shareholders Watch Group (MSWG).

The ASEAN CG Scorecard Awards are an initiative by ACMF in collaboration with MSWG. They aim to honor and recognize companies across the ASEAN region that adhere to the principles of good corporate governance, aligning with international standards. PTTEP's achievements underscore its commitment to maintaining robust governance structures and practices that meet high regional and international benchmarks.
