Pattani: Region 4 Army Commander Lt. Gen. Paisarn Nusang inspected the aftermath of a bombing at the Klapo Highway Police Station in Ban Trabon, Sai Buri District, emphasizing the need for increased surveillance to prevent future incidents and ensure public safety.

According to Thai News Agency, the incident involved a suspect who drove a motorcycle carrying an improvised explosive device hidden in a sidecar and parked it next to the police station. The explosion resulted in damage to office buildings and government vehicles.

The Fourth Army Region Commander has directed relevant units to expedite evidence collection and intensify the search for the perpetrators. He highlighted the importance of heightened surveillance measures to prevent similar incidents, noting that such actions aim to harass government officials and erode public confidence in them.
