Bangkok: The Royal Thai Army has officially addressed concerns regarding the use of an LED screen to display messages of encouragement for the 2nd Army Area Commander, asserting that the display is not connected to political activities.

According to Thai News Agency, Army spokesman Maj. Gen. Winthai Suvari clarified that the image shown on the LED screen has been part of the Army’s public relations plan since its initiation on June 16th. The display is intended to support internal communications and is not associated with any ongoing political issues.

The Army has a total of five LED screens in Bangkok, which are regularly employed to showcase content related to the Royal Thai Army’s missions, operations, and news that serves the public interest. These screens are strategically used to promote transparency and inform the community about the Army’s activities.
