SET Orders ECF to Explain Reasons for Adjusting Price and Exercise Rate of ECF-W5 So Soon

Bangkok: The Stock Exchange of Thailand has requested East Coast Furnitech Public Company Limited (ECF) to clarify the change in price and exercise ratio in a timely manner close to the date of requesting the SP increase of ECF-W5 securities by July 10, 2025.

According to Thai News Agency, ECF had announced an adjustment to the price and exercise ratio of its 5th Warrant (ECF-W5) on June 13, 2025. Subsequently, the company made another adjustment to the rights on July 1, 2025, which coincided closely with the date they requested to suspend trading of ECF-W5 on July 4, 2025. ECF stated that these adjustments were made to comply with the resolution from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, detailing significant changes that were necessary.

Given the importance of this information to investors' decision-making and the exercise of their rights, the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has required ECF and its board to provide an explanation for the rapid amendments to the material information in such a short timeframe. Additionally, the SET has asked ECF to disclose the actions taken before these corrections were made. The company must submit this clarification through the Stock Exchange of Thailand's information disclosure system by the deadline of July 10, 2025.
