State President To Lam held a working session with Engineering Brigade 25 under Military Region 9 in the Mekong Delta province of Vinh Long on July 5. This is a key unit of the force in Military Region 9, stationed at nine points across Vinh Long, Dong Thap, and Kien Giang provinces and Can Tho city, including the island communes of Tho Chau and Tien Hai in Kien Giang province.
