Bangkok: Chai Wacharong, the Thai Trade Representative, recently engaged in discussions with a delegation from Inno Stone Co., Ltd., focusing on the establishment of a synthetic stone slab manufacturing base in Thailand for exports, particularly targeting the U.S. market.
According to Thai News Agency, the meeting underscored Thailand’s readiness to support business ventures, particularly those looking to invest in the industrial sector. Mr. Chai expressed his pleasure in Inno Stone Co., Ltd.’s interest in setting up operations in Thailand, emphasizing the nation’s capacity to serve as an effective export hub. He highlighted the supportive measures available through the Board of Investment (BOI), which offers various incentives for businesses investing in the country.
The dialogue between Mr. Chai and the company representatives covered multiple aspects of investment in Thailand. The company recognized Thailand’s potential as a strategic location for their manufacturing operations, while Mr. Chai reassured
them of the government’s commitment to facilitating successful investments and promoting business synergies that benefit all involved parties.
