Thaksin Shinawatra Speaks at “Unlocking Thailand’s Future” Event in Bangkok

Bangkok: Former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra delivered a special lecture at the “Unlocking Thailand’s Future to Fight Global Crises” event, with a significant turnout of politicians and business figures. The seminar was organized by MCOT and saw participation from notable figures, including Prime Minister Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Minister of Culture, and several members of the Shinawatra family.

According to Thai News Agency, the event was attended by key political figures, mainly from the Pheu Thai Party. These included Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Suriya Juangroongruangkit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Economy and Society Prasert Chantarawongthong, and Minister of Tourism and Sports Surawong Thienthong. Other notable attendees were Chusak Sirinil, Mr. Suchart Tancharoen, and Ms. Jiraporn Sindhuphrai, Minister attached to the Prime Minister’s Office.

The event also drew participation from the business sector. Mr. Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, Chief Executive Officer of King Power Group, was among the business leaders present. Thaksin’s lecture focused on strategies for “Unlocking Thailand’s Future to Fight the Global Crisis and Turning the Game for the Thai Economy into the Future,” followed by an interview on the program Listen to the Ears.
