The Palang Pracharath Party supports the Pheu Thai Party’s prime ministerial candidate.

Ruam Thai Sang Chart joins in! Supports Pheu Thai’s PM candidate, reiterates stance, must not amend Section 112, reveals the cabinet quota remains the same, only the “PM” changes, asks not to drag “Big Tu” into the mix, says he is a privy councilor, no longer involved in politics

Mr. Pirapan Salirathavipak, leader of the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party, said about the vote on the prime minister that the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party has resolved to support the prime minister candidate of Pheu Thai in forming a government and still insists on the original principle that it has nothing to do with amending Section 112 and expects that the various policies that have been issued will benefit the people. As for the rumor that General Prayut Chan-o-cha will be brought back to the position of prime minister, Mr. Pirapan confirmed that there is no such thing because he is a privy councilor. Do not let this kind of news cause problems for him. He is not involved in politics anymore. And by etiquette, we have been a coalition
party since the last time with Pheu Thai as the core party. And by political etiquette, we must support the candidate of Pheu Thai Party. It is a continuation of the work from the last time only. But if we have to join the new government, we will have to state our position only. The principle is the same. We must support the person nominated by Pheu Thai Party.

As for many people’s concerns about the change in the ministerial quota, is it still the same? Because they are worried about the inconsistency of the work. Mr. Pirapan said that as far as he knows, everything is the same. Only the prime minister has changed. The ministers of every party are still the same. There is no problem. We continue to work and every party continues to work. The Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party is also satisfied with the past performance in performing the same duties and trying to do even harder for the benefit of the people. The 4 ministries that are responsible, especially the one responsible for the Ministry of Energy, will try to
move forward in the matters that are the problems of the people. The Ministry of Industry is the same, which has many matters that need to be dealt with in terms of national development and investors in various areas. The Ministry of Finance will also do its best in this matter.

As for the discussion at Baan Chan Song La, there was no agreement. As for the concerns about Mr. Chaikasem Nitisiri’s health, Mr. Phiraphan said he was not aware. According to the news, the Pheu Thai Party will hold another meeting. As a matter of etiquette, the coalition parties must respect the main party. As for the various issues, it is the main party’s business to consider, not our party.

When asked if there was an agreement on the policies of the coalition parties, Mr. Pirapan said that there was none, it would remain the same, but the main policies would remain the same and would not interfere with Section 112, promoting and supporting the resolution of problems and preventing corruption.

As for the digital wallet policy, t
he Pheu Thai Party is still moving forward. Mr. Pirapan said that this matter must be asked of the Pheu Thai Party because in the past, there were important issues that the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party was still concerned about, which were the issues of legitimacy and legality, and the Council of State had already given an answer. However, the Pheu Thai Party must be the one to confirm.
