The Prime Minister arrived in Thailand after returning from the ACD meeting. “Big Tai” rushed to report immediately on the incident where a criminal broke into a house in the Inthamara 29 area last night.

At 06.00 a.m. at the 2nd Military Airport, Wing 6, Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, arrived in Thailand after the conclusion of the 3rd Asia Cooperation Framework Summit in Doha, Qatar. Pol. Gen. Kittirat Phanphet, Acting Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, traveled to wait for a progress report on the case of a suspect with an arrest warrant from Tao Poon Police Station in a case of nighttime theft, armed with a gun, breaking into a villager’s house in Soi Inthamara 29, Bangkok, where there were 2 people in the house. There was a shootout with the police. After the police rescued the trapped people, the perpetrators escaped early last night (3 Oct 67).

The Prime Minister asked about the incident, saying that it was very brutal and whether drugs were involved. Pol. Gen. Kittirat rep
orted that the perpetrator’s wife had been arrested shortly before the Prime Minister arrived.

The Prime Minister also told the acting national police chief that whenever there is a strange incident, drugs are usually involved, before thanking Pol Gen Kittirat for reporting the situation since morning.
