Mae Hong Son, Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chanthaburi, Trat, Phetchaburi, and Phitsanulok, due to continuous rain for several days, the soil is saturated with water from the rain, so there is a chance of flash floods or forest runoff. 2. Trat and Chanthaburi, due to the water levels in the rivers still being high and there is a tendency for heavy rain to continue in the area in the past 24 hours, which will cause the water to overflow the banks. 3.
