General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and State President To Lam had a meeting with General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith in Paris on October 5, during which he said he appreciates the Vietnam-Laos ties, an invaluable asset of the two nations and an exemplary and pure relationship which is rare in the international relations. The meeting took place on the sideslines of the 19th Francophonie Summit.
