Vice State President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and a working delegation on July 23 laid wreaths and offered incense to fallen heroes at Hoang Duong cemetery, on the occation of the 77th War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947-2024). They also presented gifts to policy beneficiaries, individuals with meritorious services, and former political prisoners residing in Con Dao district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.
