Dubai: Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have solidified their economic ties with the signing of a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). The agreement, witnessed by Vietnam’s Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and UAE’s Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aims to enhance bilateral trade and investment.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the signing ceremony took place in Dubai on October 28. The CEPA is expected to strengthen economic cooperation between the two countries by reducing trade barriers and opening new market opportunities. Both Vietnam and the UAE anticipate that the agreement will significantly boost their economic growth and diversify their economic activities.
The partnership is seen as a strategic move for Vietnam to expand its economic footprint in the Middle East, while the UAE seeks to benefit from Vietnam’s growing market and dynamic economy. The agreement underscores the commitment of both nations to deepen their bilateral relatio
