Vietnamese Ambassador to Italy Duong Hai Hung paid a working visit to the southern region of Calabria on June 20-21 to seek ways to enhance cooperation between localities of the region and Vietnam. Hung had a working session with Vice President of the region Giuseppina Princi, met leaders of Cantazaro and Vibo Valentia cities, and attended economic connection activities such as the Vietnam-Calabria Connection Forum organised by the General Confederation of Italian Industry (Confindustria) of the Calabrian region in Cantazaro city, and a roundtable on economic cooperation with typical businesses in Vibo Valentia.
