A Vietnamese Language Festival, the fourth of its kind, was held in Ulyanovsk city, Russia, – the hometown of leader V.I.Lenin, on September 14. The event was organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia in collaboration with the Russian-Vietnamese cooperation promotion organisations in Russia.
