A young man hallucinating from drugs! He smashed up a house all night, causing a commotion and making loud noises that could be heard throughout the alley. He has reported the incident to the police several times but it is still the same. The villagers are fed up with the sleeplessness and are asking for him to be arrested and given treatment.
Last night (October 11, 2014), the news team went to the Soi Than Samrit community, Tha Sai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nonthaburi Province after receiving a report from Ms. B (assumed name), a local resident, that she was suffering from Mr. To, aged 35, a security guard who often went berserk and smashed the walls of houses, causing great distress to the residents in the alley. Mr. To often walked around making loud noises in the alley, causing fear among the residents. CCTV footage from July 3 captured Mr. To holding a knife at a rider who rode into the village to make a delivery. Mr. To was not wearing a shirt, black pants, or shoes, and appeared to be in a state
of madness.
The next day, July 4th, CCTV footage from this angle showed Mr. Tor wearing a white shirt, shouting and yelling in the alley of his house, which was in the middle of the night while the villagers were sleeping. Then, on September 3rd, CCTV footage captured Mr. Tor without a shirt, shouting and yelling at the villagers in the middle of the alley, while holding a long knife and walking around the village.
The latest update: Yesterday at 10:56 p.m., CCTV captured neighbors sitting in a circle in front of their house. Suddenly, Mr. Tor returned home and walked in, looking to cause trouble for the group of villagers sitting in front of their house. Mr. Tor asked, ‘Why? What was the problem yesterday?’ Later, the man in black who was sitting in the circle stood up and said, ‘Brother Tor, don’t cause trouble.’ After that, everyone rushed in to help negotiate to stop the clash.
After learning about the incident, the news team immediately went to the scene. It turned out that Mr. Tor had entered the hou
se quietly, without any noise. The villagers who were shouted at and challenged by Mr. Tor were still sitting in the same place. One of them was Ms. B. She told the news team that last night, Mr. Tor had been acting crazy and banging on the walls of his house from midnight until morning, which made her unable to sleep. And it wasn’t just her. All the villagers in the area complained in unison. Last night, she shouted back, ‘What are you banging for?’ It is believed that Mr. Tor was angry after hearing her say that, so he came to cause trouble for her and her family. We have put up with Mr. Tor for almost a year now. His crazy behavior from drug use, walking and talking to himself, yelling at villagers, and picking fights with people riding motorcycles past. Recently, people in the alley have forbidden small children from walking around because they are afraid of getting hurt. In the past 2 months, Tor’s condition has gotten worse, and he has been banging on the walls of his own house from 1 a.m. until morning
almost every day.
Previously, the local police were notified to come and investigate. The officers took Mr. To to record his history and then sent him back, just like before, even though Mr. To admitted that he had used drugs. This time, I would like the officers to take Mr. To to rehab or do something because I am afraid that his life will be in danger first.
