Visit the Australian imported sheep farm in Phon Phra

At Moriyah Sheep Farm, Suan Dok Mai, Tambon Kirirat, Amphoe Phop Phra, Tak Province, tourists are welcome to come see the adorableness of 16 large, fluffy Merino sheep imported from Australia. Surrounded by mountains, you can breathe in the fresh air, enjoy the breeze, take in the beautiful scenery and take photos with the sheep. Enjoy the mountain view amidst lush greenery in late rainy season, early winter.

Mr. Pitak Hataipichitchai, owner of Moriyah Garden, said that entering Moriyah’s 3rd year, he wanted to impress visitors by importing 14 Merino sheep from Australia and bringing 2 more lambs to the flower garden. He believes that tourists will love it and welcome it because it is something new to the area. They can feed and take pictures
with the lambs, there are beautiful photo spots, a place to sit, a cafe, and a restaurant. The entrance fee is only 100 baht per person. You can exchange your ticket for food and drinks and get a 20 baht discount. Children under 110 centimeters in height get in free.

Sheep farm opening hours: Open daily 08.00-17.00 hrs. The restaurant is open Tuesday-Sunday 08.00-17.00 hrs. Closed every Monday. It is 1 km from the main road. Location: Ban Mai Yot Kiri, Village 10, Khiri Rat Subdistrict, Phop Phra District, Tak Province. The little sheep are allowed to walk around all the time, except when it rains.
