Mr. Wisut emphasized the need for patience as discussions are underway to resolve the matter.
Mr. Wisut affirmed that the position of the 2nd Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives is intended for the Pheu Thai Party. However, he stressed that negotiations are open for the benefit of the House’s operations. He expressed confidence that the appointment process would not pose a problem and that the Speaker and Vice Speaker are capable of carrying out their duties without any interruptions. He clarified that previous meeting closures were due to timing considerations, unrelated to the quorum or the absence of a 2nd Deputy Speaker.
