Admire “Security Guard Uncle” Inspired by the Thai-Cambodian Border Incident

Bangkok: Sasikarn praises the example of self-improvement of “Uncle Security Guard”, inspired by the incident on the Thai-Cambodian border. Ms. Sasikan Wattanachan, Deputy Government Spokesperson, revealed that she would like to praise and honor the learning and self-development power of Thai people through the story of a security guard, which was shared online via Namwan Sidipa’s Facebook page. She explained that the guard closely monitors news on the Thai-Cambodian border and earnestly shares his opinions.

According to Thai News Agency, the security guard has taken his dedication a step further by picking up a large English book and diligently studying the vocabulary. He aims to use this knowledge as a tool to protect Thailand’s honor on the international stage. This initiative, though motivated by his concern for the border situation, clearly showcases his determination to improve himself.

The Deputy Government Spokesperson emphasized that this story conveys the message that “the strength of the nation lies in the hearts of all Thais.” She noted that regardless of their profession, anyone with a clear drive can learn, grow, and use their abilities for the betterment of the nation.
