The People’s Committee of Hoang Sa district, the central city of Da Nang, on January 11 visited and presented gifts to witnesses who have had a hand in the development of Hoang Sa (Paracels). This is an annual activity of the local administration that aims to affirm Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa.
