Bangkok: Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited has announced the launch of a new application designed to enhance and simplify the digital experiences of its consumers. Spearheaded by Mr. Seri Anupanthanant, Senior Executive Vice President of the Marketing Business Group, the app aims to provide a comprehensive, user-friendly interface that acts as a personal assistant for users of Bangchak products and services.
According to Thai News Agency, the revamped 'Bangchak' application boasts a range of features intended to make its use more convenient and rewarding. The app includes real-time oil price updates with a notification system, a Green Challenge mission exclusive to Bangchak Green Miles members, and a Quick Filter to locate Bangchak petrol stations, Inthanin shops, and EV charging points. Additionally, it offers planning tools for trips and a Digitalized Loyalty Program that allows members to operate cardlessly.
The application allows members to earn points by simply displaying their personal QR Code, eliminating the need for cards or phone numbers. Bangchak Green Miles members can redeem these points for cash via E-Coupons at Bangchak petrol stations, Inthanin shops, and partner businesses. Points can also be redeemed for deals or discounts at over 100 brands.
The app's transfer feature enables users to exchange points with numerous leading partners such as AIS and Lotus's, offering a wide range of privileges. Furthermore, Bangchak Green Miles members can donate points to 19 different foundations through the app's merit basket feature, facilitating a one-time donation process.
