Bhumjaithai Party Releases Photos of Anutin and Thammanat Before Backing Anutin for Prime Minister

Bangkok: The Bhumjaithai Party has publicized photographs featuring Anutin Charnvirakul and Thammanat Prompao, ahead of their official statement endorsing Anutin as Thailand’s 32nd Prime Minister.

According to Thai News Agency, reporters revealed that late last night, Anutin announced the formation of an interim government at the Bhumjaithai Party headquarters. The announcement was made in the presence of key political figures including Santi Promphat, Secretary-General of the Palang Pracharath Party, Suchart Chomklin, Deputy Leader of the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party, Sakda Wichiensri, an MP from the Pheu Thai Party, Suratin Picharn, Leader of the New Democracy Party, and Niphon Bunyamanee, a former minister from the Democrat Party.

Subsequently, Lt. Col. Thammanat Prompao, president of the Kla Tham Party, together with party leader Narumon Pinyosinwat and party secretary-general Pai Lik, visited the Bhumjaithai Party to discuss joining the government coalition. They expressed their support for Anutin as the prime minister. The Kla Tham Party later issued a statement, unanimously endorsing Anutin as the 32nd prime minister, solidifying the coalition’s stance.
