‘Chef Cares’ Unveils Seven New Products to Elevate Thai Fruits on Global Stage

Bangkok: ‘Chef Cares’ has launched seven new products with a focus on promoting Thai fruits, showcased at THAIFEX-Anuga Asia 2025. The initiative, under the theme ‘From the Nature’s Finest Sources,’ highlights the potential of Thai food’s soft power worldwide.

According to Thai News Agency, Mrs. Marisa Chearavanont, founder of Chef Cares Foundation and CEO of the social enterprise Chef Cares Project, announced the exhibition of these products at THAIFEX-Anuga Asia 2025, scheduled from May 27 to 31, 2025, at Challenger Hall 2, Impact Muang Thong Thani. The concept emphasizes deriving quality products from natural sources.

The exhibition’s centerpiece includes processed fruit products that highlight Thai culture and health benefits. Featured items include frozen skewers of Nam Dok Mai mangoes, chocolate-covered Nam Dok Mai mangoes, mango sticky rice, and easy-to-open coconuts. Additionally, Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL (CPF) will present Thai street food’s global reach through products like Jay Fai’s Sriracha chili sauce, instant Pad Thai, instant Pad Kee Mao, and instant Khao Soi, developed in collaboration with Jay Fai.

Mrs. Marisa stated that this year’s showcased products are geared towards exports. Already launched items include Frozen Mango Sticks, Frozen Chocolate-Dipped Mango Sticks, and Mango Sticky Rice. Chef Cares has expanded exports to six countries: Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Norway, Romania, and the United States, targeting markets with significant interest in Thai cuisine. This year marks Chef Cares’ official entry into the American market through partnership with Bellisio Foods, distributing Chocolate-Dipped Mango Sticks at Costco stores nationwide. The product has gained popularity on American social media, with plans underway to expand sales to Costco locations worldwide.

Mrs. Marisa emphasized that participating in THAIFEX-Anuga Asia 2025 aims to not only generate export income for Chef Cares but also to enhance Thai food’s soft power globally. This initiative seeks to boost income for the production sector, particularly Thai farmers, thereby improving their quality of life. Chef Cares is committed to its social mission by donating 100% of its profits back to society, supporting vulnerable communities, and promoting sustainability in the food chain.
