Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has asked for more efforts to further improve the quality and effectiveness of coordination between the Government and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL) to contribute to the successful implementation of the 13th National Party Congress’s Resolution and build a strong and modern working class. The PM addressed a conference evaluating results of implementing the statute on the working relationship between the Government and the VGCL in Hanoi on May 26.
