“Dr. Air” Detained at Ratchada Criminal Court; Police Oppose Bail

Ratchada: “Dr. Air” has been detained at the Ratchada Criminal Court, with police objecting to her bail. Investigators plan to present the other six suspects arrested in the same gang for detention tomorrow.

According to Thai News Agency, investigators from the Narcotics Suppression Division 1 brought Dr. Air to the Criminal Court at Ratchada, opposing bail due to the severity of the offense and concerns that she might flee or tamper with evidence. Dr. Air is identified as a high-ranking police officer, heightening the concerns surrounding her potential actions.

During her arrest, Dr. Air attempted to conceal her identity by wearing a hat, sunglasses, and a mask, and she refrained from answering any questions posed by the media. The other six suspects, who were apprehended alongside her, are scheduled to be taken to the Ratchada Criminal Court for detention proceedings tomorrow.
