Dharma Wanita Persatuan Diponegoro University (DWP Undip) carried out a caring action in the context of a Cheerful and Happy Ramadan as well as a commemoration of Kartini Day with the theme Ramadan Gifts for TPQ Teachers and Mosque Marbots at the Rector’s Office House, Undip Pleburan Campus (24/4).

In his remarks, the Chairperson of the Undip DWP, Asih Yos Johan Utama, SH, CN expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the DWP management for realizing social service through the spirit of sharing which is a concern for TPQ teachers and Marbot Masjid. Ramadan gifts were handed over directly to 60 people.

“Ramadan will be more meaningful because we can share it with others, this month is a noble and blessed month and hopefully this social service will provide benefits and the spirit is to glorify the Koran teachers and mosque leaders around us,” he said.

While in his cult, Ustadz Yazir Muna (Undip Campus Mosque) said that people who consistently read Allah’s verses and donate some of what they have in the way of Allah, Allah will give them rewards and gifts.

“Let’s fill this Ramadan by attending recitations, whoever goes out seeking knowledge will be recorded as jihad in the way of Allah. The meaning of jihad for teachers or educators is teaching in their respective fields of science, transforming knowledge and also educating with a heart to build good character for their students,” he concluded.
