Fire Erupts at Pathum Thani Recycling Factory, Over 30 Fire Engines Deployed.

Pathum Thani: A dramatic fire broke out at a recycling material purchasing factory in Pathum Thani late at night, prompting a swift response from local authorities. More than 30 fire engines were dispatched to the scene, where they battled the blaze for two hours before successfully containing it.

According to Thai News Agency, the Pathum Thani City Police Station received an emergency call about the fire at 10:30 p.m. The incident occurred in the Bang Khu Wat Subdistrict of Mueang Pathum Thani District, at a factory dealing in recycled materials such as beer and liquor bottles, paper, and aluminum cans. The fire ignited in the glass bottle storage area, posing a significant threat due to the flammable nature of the materials stored there. Firefighters worked diligently to prevent the flames from spreading to adjacent areas, where glass bottles were stored in plastic crates and on wooden pallets.

n the bottle storage section. Fortunately, there were no reports of injuries or fatalities, as workers had already left the premises for the day. Initial inspections by the police have been conducted, and forensic officers are expected to investigate the cause of the fire further. Authorities plan to interview the factory owner, security personnel, and employees to determine the fire’s origin. The extent of the damage is still being assessed.
