Mr. Wittaya Saenphakdee, Deputy Managing Director, Debt Restructuring Group and Acting Assistant Managing Director, Enforcement Department, Government Housing Bank (GHB), revealed that as a state financial institution with a mission to ‘make Thai people have homes’ and support Thai people to
have their own homes easily without having to pay for travel, the ‘Second-hand Home Online Auction: GHB’S NPA Online Auction 2024’ will be held nationwide on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. via the GHB ALL HOME application, featuring over 1,300 outstanding properties nationwide.
There are single houses, twin houses and townhouses for sale at special prices with discounts of up to 50% from the appraised price. These properties are divided into 450 properties in Bangkok and its vicinity. Interesting properties include a twin house covering an area of ??39.1 square wah in the Sathorn Exclusive Green Zone project, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province, with a starting auction price of 2,040,000 baht because it is close to important places such as hospitals, department stores and schools, and is also conveniently accessible. Meanwhile, 866 properties in the regions are up for auction, with the lowest starting bid of only 230,000 baht, namely a 1-storey single house covering an area of ??66 s
quare wah in Wat Sing District, Chainat Province.
