GH Bank Stimulates Real Estate Market with Home Loan Offers at Year-End Expo

Bangkok: The Government Housing Bank (GHB) is taking significant steps to stimulate the real estate market as the year concludes by offering attractive home loan promotions at the “48th Home and Condo Expo.”

According to Thai News Agency, GHB is reinforcing its commitment to making homeownership more accessible for Thai citizens. The bank is presenting a range of financial products at the expo, which is being held from October 30 to November 2, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The standout offer is the GHB Precious Home Loan 2025, which features an enticing interest rate structure. For the first two years, the interest rate is set at 2.70% per year, moving to MRR-3.545% in the third year, with an average rate of 2.70% over the first three years. Customers can enjoy further benefits from year four onwards, with rates tailored for welfare and retail customers.

For borrowers seeking a 1 million baht loan, monthly installments begin at just 3,200 baht, provided they have a monthly income of 70,000 baht or more, and a total legal limit of all accounts under the same collateral of at least 7 million baht. This is an opportunity for those wishing to buy, build, expand, repair, or refinance mortgages or debts.

The bank is also highlighting its “Life Begins with GHB” loan in 2025, offering similar interest structures and benefits including free collateral appraisal fees. Additionally, the Mild Home loan in 2025 starts with an interest rate of 2.90% per year for the first two years. Special incentives include support for mortgage registration fees and bonus gifts for top borrowers who complete transactions within the designated time.

The expo also features savings options such as the GH Bank Savings Lottery and the Pimanmat series of savings bonds, offering attractive returns and chances to win prizes. The savings lottery offers a 0.50% annual return on a 3-year term, with monthly prize draws, while the Pimanmat series offers a 1.00% return on a 2-year term.

Moreover, GHB presents a selection of over 400 second-hand houses, including detached houses, twin houses, and townhouses, with discounts up to 50% off the regular price. Interested buyers can reserve properties at the expo or at regional branches, with additional perks like a free multi-purpose bag per purchase.

These initiatives by GHB are positioned to invigorate the real estate market, making homeownership more feasible and attractive for a broader audience as the year draws to a close.
