Udon thani: The Government Housing Bank (GHB) is set to showcase over 800 pre-owned homes at the GHB ALL HOME EXPO 2025, offering significant discounts of up to 50% on properties across the country. The event, which marks the fifth annual GHB Pre-Owned Home Expo, will be held in Udon Thani from August 15-17, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Central Udon Thani.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Wittaya Saenphakdee, Deputy Managing Director of the Debt Restructuring Group at GHB, emphasized the bank’s commitment to making home ownership more accessible to Thais. The expo will feature a diverse range of properties, including detached houses, semi-detached houses, townhouses, condominiums, commercial buildings, and vacant land, all available at reduced prices. Notable offerings include a single-story detached house in Mueang Udon Thani District priced at 2,135,000 baht and a townhouse in Sakon Nakhon Province priced at just 125,000 baht. Additionally, properties in Bangkok and its vicinity, such as a two-
story detached house in Pathum Thani Province, will be available for sale.

The expo also includes special promotions for attendees. Customers who purchase a property at the event will receive a free canvas bag. Those who reserve a property and complete a sales contract within the specified period will be eligible for a gift voucher worth 1,000 baht. Furthermore, customers applying for a loan within 45 days of signing a sales contract can benefit from a special interest rate loan of 0% fixed for the first two years.

To reserve a property, interested buyers must place a deposit of 5,000 baht in cash or via cashier’s check. Properties outside of Bangkok can be reserved and contracted at the event or at GHB’s regional branches, while properties in the capital and surrounding areas can be reserved through the GHB ALL HOME application and the website www.ghbhomecenter.com.
