Bangkok: His Majesty the King has appointed Saroj Phuengramphan as the Secretary-General of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). The Royal Gazette has officially published this announcement from the Prime Minister’s Office.
According to Thai News Agency, the announcement highlights that His Majesty the King has issued a royal command for Saroj Phuengramphan to transition from his role as Deputy Secretary-General to the position of Secretary-General of the NACC. This change is set to take effect from 1 October 2024. The announcement, dated 19 November 2024, was countersigned by Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, the Prime Minister.
