Bangkok: Krungthai Bank has announced the temporary closure of 14 branches located in risk areas along the Thai-Cambodian border, effective from July 24, 2025. This decision has been made in response to the ongoing unrest in the region to ensure the safety of customers and the public.
According to Thai News Agency, the affected branches include Kantharalak and Khun Han in Sisaket Province; Prasat and Sangkha in Surin Province; Buntharik in Ubon Ratchathani Province; Lahan Sai in Buriram Province; Ta Phraya, Watthana Nakhon, and Aranyaprathet in Sa Kaeo Province; Soi Dao and Pong Nam Ron in Chanthaburi Province; and Trat, Klong Yai, and Trat Provincial Cooperative Store in Trat Province.
Customers are advised to utilize nearby branches, which can be located through the bank's website at. Additionally, transactions can be conducted via Krungthai NEXT or Krungthai Bank ATMs.
