Jakarta Chief of the Presidential Staff (KSP) Moeldoko expressed optimism that the millennial state civil apparatus (ASN), as the next generation of policymakers, would fulfill the four human capital guidelines.

Millennial ASN are expected to manage an increasingly fast bureaucracy in the midst of technological advancements, he stated.

“There are four human capital guidelines that must be fulfilled,” he noted at the 2022 ASN Fest inauguration event here, Saturday.

These guidelines are important to maximize ASN’s output, strengthen public trust, and bring about a better understanding of the community’s needs in the current era, Moeldoko added.
