Bangkok: Lawyer Tui has submitted further testimony in the ongoing case involving Kritsanong and Film, wherein his name was allegedly used to extort 20 million baht. He reiterated his commitment to seeing the case through to its conclusion without any compromise.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Pornsak Wiphasaphanon, the attorney representing Mr. Phudit Kamnerdploy, also known as Num Kanchai, has been authorized to provide additional testimony to investigators. This development follows a previous report of joint defamation against Ms. Krisanong Suwanwong and Mr. Ratthaphum Tokongsub, also known as Film. Mr. Wiphasaphanon met with investigators to supply further information on unresolved issues, presenting evidence of three phone calls between Num Kanchai and Film Ratthaphum to substantiate earlier claims made to the media.
The case file, which includes a demand for money and Num Kanchai’s name, was presented to investigators. Today, a detailed transcription of an audio clip is expected to be submitted. T
his is anticipated to be Num Kanchai’s final questioning session in this matter. Following this, investigators plan to question Ms. Pancharat, or Boss Pun, to verify the audio clip before examining its authenticity. If all procedures are correctly followed, a subpoena is likely to be issued as the case is considered straightforward.
While Kanchai has not yet sought damages, there is an ongoing consideration of whether to pursue compensation independently or wait for the completion of the case file and evidence. Notably, since Kanchai’s complaint, Film has not made further contact with him, and Kanchai remains firm in his decision to pursue the case to its full extent without compromise.
