Bangkok: MEA held a seminar titled 'MEA Better Care 2025: Powering Trust with CARE+' to strengthen trust and relationships with key customers and launch the 'MEA Better Care Service Plus' service.
According to Thai News Agency, on August 4, 2025, the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), through its Marketing and Customer Relations Department, held the seminar "MEA Better Care 2025: Powering Trust with CARE+" at the Jubilee Ballroom of The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. Mr. Kittisak Chuechantanasak, Assistant Governor for Business, presided over the opening ceremony. The seminar aimed to provide knowledge, exchange experiences, and strengthen relationships with business and industrial customers. This initiative aims to elevate the standards of electrical service provision through the MEA Better Care Service Plus project. A team of lecturers from MEA's Electrical Service and Quality Business Department focused on providing customers with in-depth information that can be applied to efficiently manage their organization's electrical system. Over 100 participants attended the seminar.
The event also featured information and consultation booths on MEA services, including MEA Better Care Service Plus, a 24-hour smart IoT-based building electrical system management service; MEA Plug ME EV, an electric vehicle charging station solution; UGT (Utility Green Tariff) electricity rates for customers seeking clean energy; and MEA e-Service, an online service that allows electricity users to access information and conduct electricity transactions conveniently and quickly, anytime, anywhere. Expert staff will be on hand to provide advice throughout the event.
The "MEA Better Care Service" project is a dedicated service for business and industrial customers who require confidence in their electrical systems, underground electrical systems, and professional preventative maintenance. The project focuses on proactive services to ensure business continuity for MEA customers.
