Bangkok: Mr. Atthakorn Sirilathayakorn, Minister of Tourism and Sports and registrar of the Kla Tham Party, addressed the ongoing allegations involving an MP from his party. He revealed that he has not yet spoken with MPs from the Chang Party, specifically regarding the accusations against MP Cho Chang, who is suspected of being linked to scammers. He anticipates that a meeting within the party will be held to discuss these matters.
According to Thai News Agency, the allegations surfaced when Mr. Atthakorn Ruangrattanapong, president of the Crime Victim Assistance Club, disclosed information suggesting the involvement of Cho Chang in a scam. Mr. Sirilathayakorn stated that while a meeting is expected, no discussions have taken place within the party so far, and he has not received any clarification from the accused MP. He emphasized the necessity of internal discussions within the party and reiterated that he has not personally engaged with the accused MP on this issue.
