NA Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Hai led a delegation to the mountainous province of Lai Chau on July 24 to pay tribute to martyrs at the Lai Chau province’s martyr cemetery and to present gifts to 50 families of war invalids and martyrs. The event was part of the activities marking the 77th War Invalids’ and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-2024).
