NACC Discloses Former Judge Panya Udchachon’s 24 Million Baht Asset Portfolio, No Debts

Bangkok: The National Anti-Corruption Commission has revealed the financial status of Mr. Panya Udchachon, following his resignation from the Constitutional Court on August 30, 2025. Mr. Panya, along with his spouse Mrs. Wichithra Udchachon, declared a total asset value of 24,244,845 baht, with no liabilities.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Panya’s financial report includes 5,581,480 baht spread across three bank accounts, and investment holdings amounting to 2,894,215 baht. The couple owns eight plots of land situated in Pathum Thani, Bangkok, and Udon Thani provinces, collectively valued at 11,954,550 baht. Additionally, they own a residence in Wang Thonglang District, Bangkok, appraised at 3 million baht. Their financial portfolio also contains two life insurance policies worth 454,600 baht.

Moreover, Mr. Panya disclosed an annual income of 2,183,040 baht, which includes a salary of 983,040 baht, a lump sum entertainment allowance of 600,000 baht, and a position allowance of 600,000 baht. His annual expenditures total 1,277,888 baht, covering 1 million baht for consumer goods, 217,888 baht for life insurance premiums, and 60,000 baht allocated for his mother’s support.
