National Police Chief Visits Sisaket to Ensure Security and Support Amidst Evacuations

Sisaket: The national police chief has made a significant visit to Sisaket Province, ordering police to inspect the rear line and emphasize the protection of citizens’ property amidst ongoing evacuations. The chief’s visit is aimed at monitoring police personnel and maintaining peace and order in the region.

According to Thai News Agency, Pol. Gen. Kittirat Phanphet, the national police chief, stopped at Sri Saket Hospital to extend moral support to Pol. Sgt. Maj. Wachira Kusonphan, who sustained injuries from shrapnel during a recent Cambodian attack on civilian targets. Pol. Gen. Phanphet provided both emotional support and personal financial assistance to the injured officer.

Following this, Pol. Gen. Phanphet visited an evacuation center located at a temple in Phu Yu District, where residents from Kantharalak District had sought refuge due to the conflict. His visit was intended to offer encouragement to the evacuees.
