Nida Poll reveals the results of a survey of the public on whether they would be angry if the Phase 2 digital wallet did not match the description. From the survey, when asked about the status of the public receiving the Phase 2 digital wallet, it was found that 56.95 percent of the sample indicated that they were in the group that would receive the digital wallet in Phase 2, followed by 23.95 percent who indicated that they would not receive any money, and 17.00 percent indicated that they were in the group that had already received 10,000 baht in cash.

The government decided to cancel the project, no money will be paid in cash or digital form. It was found that 41.58 percent of the sample said they were very angry, followed by 34.38 percent who said they were not angry at all, 14.56 percent who said they were quite angry, and 9.14 percent who said they were not very angry.
If the payment is in the form of digital wallet money, but less than 10,000 baht, such as paying only 5,000 baht, it was found that 40.30 percent of the sample stated that they were not angry at all, followed by 24.47 percent who stated that they were very angry, 21.25 percent who stated that they were quite angry, and 13.64 percent who stated that they were not very angry.
If it was paid in the form of 10,000 baht in digital wallets, it was found that 60.54 percent of the sample stated that they were not angry at all, followed by 17.53 percent who stated that they were not very angry, 12.11 percent who stated that they were som
ewhat angry, and 9.31 percent who stated that they were very angry.
If it is divided into digital wallet payments, such as two installments of 5,000 baht, it was found that 60.88 percent of the sample stated that they were not angry at all, followed by 20.07 percent who stated that they were not very angry, 10.58 percent who stated that they were somewhat angry, and 8.30 percent who stated that they were very angry.
Finally, when asking for opinions from those who indicated that they would not receive any money regarding the government’s 10,000-baht handout, it was found that 29.44 percent of the sample stated that the government should hand out money to all groups, regardless of their income or assets.
