OEM Manufacturer & e-Biz Expo 2025 Kicks Off in Bangkok

Bangkok: The "OEM Manufacturer and e-Biz Expo 2025" has commenced, bringing together manufacturing plants specializing in OEM, ODM, and OBM, along with e-Business system developers. This event aims to offer comprehensive services from upstream to downstream, facilitating new entrepreneurs in launching their businesses efficiently.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Surapol Utintu, Managing Director of N.C.C. Management and Development Co., Ltd., highlighted the steady growth of the outsourcing services sector in Thailand, focusing on OEM, ODM, and OBM. He noted the consumer market's shift towards niche products, particularly in health and environmental sectors, emphasizing the importance for entrepreneurs to establish their brands for differentiation and added value.

The expo showcases service providers specializing in subcontracting products like food, beverages, dietary supplements, cosmetics, fashion items, cleaning supplies, and pet food. It also includes system developers for e-commerce, digital marketing, online store management, logistics, digital payment systems, AI technology, data analytics, and cybersecurity, catering to entrepreneurial needs. Mr. Surapol expressed confidence that the event would provide attendees with comprehensive business ideas, enabling them to start their own ventures with a budget as low as 50,000 baht.

The e-commerce market has experienced rapid growth, averaging 9.6% annually over the past five years, and is projected to reach a market value of 747 billion baht by 2025, based on research from Krungthai Compass. Entrepreneurs are increasingly adopting AI, data analytics, and digital marketing to better understand customer behavior, expand their reach, and enhance sales.

The event is anticipated to draw over 20,000 attendees and generate more than 250 million baht in cash flow. It is expected to boost the economy by approximately 550 million baht, marking an 8% increase from 2024. Additionally, business matching opportunities are projected to increase by 10%, totaling 76.5 million baht.

Mr. Akarapol Sukta, Vice President of the Digital Institute for Industry (IDTI), Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), emphasized the FTI's commitment to sustainable development in Thailand's industrial sector. The expo acts as a bridge for Thai entrepreneurs to access essential innovations, technologies, and knowledge for conducting business in the digital age. It also provides opportunities for finding business partners and collaborations, contributing to sustainable growth. The contract manufacturing industry, comprising OEM, ODM, and OBM, along with e-commerce, plays a crucial role in adding economic value and strengthening Thailand's supply chain.
