Paethongtarn Awaits Meeting Amidst Cambodia’s Heavy Weapons Deployment

Bangkok: “Paethongtarn” has not yet responded to Cambodia’s move to launch heavy weapons with a range of 130 km. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister and Minister of Culture, traveled to the Ministry of Culture at 1:55 p.m. to attend a meeting to follow up on measures to cope with and provide assistance to the injured and deceased in areas affected by the incident on the Thai-Cambodian border, which is a collaboration between the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Interior.

According to Thai News Agency, when reporters asked about Cambodia’s move to deploy heavy weapons that can shoot more than 130 kilometers, extending beyond the four border provinces of Thailand and Cambodia, whether there would be any countermeasures, Ms. Paethongtarn refused to answer the question, saying only that she would like to have a meeting first.
