Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on June 22 inspected the 500kV Circuit-3 Quang Trach-Pho Noi power transmission line project’s section crossing the central province of Thanh Hoa. Spaning from Quang Trach in the central province of Quang Binh to Pho Noi in northern Hung Yen rovince, the project has a total length of about 519km, and its total investment is over 22.3 trillion VND (876 million USD).
